1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

Because our products are delicate and handmade, we only accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:

• You received a damaged or broken item during transit.
• You received an incorrect item different from what you ordered.

Please note that minor variations in color, size, design, or texture are inherent characteristics of artisanal handmade items and are not considered defects.

2. Reporting Timeframe

If your package arrives damaged or incorrect, you must report it to us within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after 48 hours will unfortunately not be eligible for replacement or refund.

3. How to Request a Return or Replacement

To initiate a request, please follow these steps:

• Email us at info@akakhail.com with your order number.
• Provide clear photos or a short video showing the damaged item and the original outer packaging.

Our team will review your claim and get back to you within 24 to 48 hours with further instructions.

4. Refund Process

Once your claim is approved:

• We will offer a replacement item shipped to you at no extra cost (subject to stock availability).
• If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be processed back to your original payment method or via direct bank transfer within 5–7 business days.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following situations are non-refundable and non-returnable:

• Items damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling after delivery.
• Change of mind after the order has been dispatched.
• Custom or personalized handcrafted orders.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

If a physical return of the damaged product is required by our team, we will guide you on how to return it, and eligible return shipping costs will be covered or compensated by Akakhail Handicrafts.
